Avengers Issue #57 Vision

Avengers Issue #57 is one of the most recognisable comic covers of all time, featuring a bold and daring red colour scheme and an absolutely brilliant introduction to a new staple character of the series, The Vision. The writer for this issue was Roy Thomas, featuring the amazing artwork of John Buscema, released on August 8th of 1968. The cover was so well-loved that an homage to the artwork was made for West-Coast Avengers #45, depicting White-Vision. The Pop! featured in this product is a reacreation of The Vision on the cover, with the figure coloured in the same striking red, placed in the same pose, with his cape flowing behind him, characterising The Vision as a force to be reckoned with.

Black Panther Issue #7

Black panther issue #7 was a great choice for the comic cover series, not only showing the charm of the original Black Panther comics, but also bringing us a rendition of the character we are all familiar with. The Black Panther solo series began in 1977, following the characters debut in the Jungle Action series that began in 1972. The legendary Jack Kirby was responsible for this beautiful and iconic cover art that Funko has done their best to emulate in Pop! Vinyl figure form.

Batman Issue #423

Batman issue #423 is one of those must have comics for collecters, featuring some of the best art work from Todd McFarlane. McFarlane himself even chose to base this cover art of the spawn series issue #230. The gothic gargoyle appearance of Batman in this cover art is a great representation of the character, really focusing Bruce Waynes intent of inspiring fear in the criminals of Gotham city. The Pop! itself does a fantastic job of adapting the cover art into the classic cutesy style of Funko's products.
